The Beginning of a New Era
Vision 2011 is a group of business, government and community leaders brought together by the desire to create a strong economic future for Manitowoc County. They will also work to maintain and improve the high quality of life in the area. This will be accomplished through working together to address key issues in the community. The goal will be to create a positive environment for business retention and growth in the County. The Vision 2011 program will address the first decade of the new millennium.
